Jewelry & Objects
With the proceeds from the sales the organization is supporting the kindergartens in the townships which are in desperate need of basics. The curio art handcrafted and homemade by the women is being sold by club members on craft and/ or other markets and events in Munich, Germany and the greater Munich area.
Nosisa Magutywa – Pearl Jewelry
Nosisa is a Xhosa woman and lives in the township of Khayelitsha. She is a single mother and provides her with traditional beaded jewelry. She works with a few women and sells her jewelry at the Kayelitsha Craft Market and other local markets. Khayelitsha
Morris – Wire Animals
Morris, Taffi, Cuthbert and other young men come from Zimbabwe and now live in the township of Delft. They sell wire animals and other decorative objects on the city streets.
