Penny’s kindergarten is in the township of Capricorn near Muizenberg. She currently looks after around 25 children. Two other women work in the kindergarten. The children have plenty of space here, but the condition of the sanitary facilities here is very poor. In addition, the land and house do not belong to Penny and she will have to look for a new house for the kindergarten in the foreseeable future.
